How can you meet a Mexico missionary? By checking out their blog, of course! Let's visit a few of the missionaries in the land of tacos, mariachi and so much more . . .
Two of the pioneers of missionary blogging in Mexico are Dennis and Janell Poulette. Blogging since April 2003 is enough in the blogosphere to qualify them as pioneers! And not only were they one of the first missionaries in Mexico to start blogging, they are good at it, and continue to create an interesting website in general.
One of the Poulette's best kept secrets - they also have a vlog (video blog). Check out some video of a Mexico missionary right here!
Another pioneer blog comes to us from David and Sherri Pryor. By reading their posts you'll learn more about planting tribal churches in Mexico!
Although Mexico has fewer missionaries per capita than most other countries in the western hemisphere, it does have a lot of bloggers. Here are just a few more to get you started:
disciplemexico.org, blogging about making disciples in Mexico since 2005. Serving in the beautiful Yucatán.
MexicoMinistry: Mellberg's Missionary Update - coming to you from Tepic, Mexico. Always interesting stories about life and ministry.
McLambFamily.net comes to you from the State of Oaxaca. A good looking, well laid out blog with lots of pictures and stories.
In the Shadow of Volcanoes comes to you from the southeast corner of Mexico City - truly in the shadow of two of the world's most famous volcanoes.
Knowing Your ABCDs comes to us from the State of Querétaro. Lots of great stories about the joys and trials - and quirks - of living in Mexico.
The Chapple Family has a home base in Puebla, but you never know where they'll be next! Church planting, discipling, and equipping pastors.
And, since I'm in this category myself, I'd better include my personal blog! It's called Finding direction. Come visit anytime! :)
There are many more! Visit our search page to find other missionaries serving in Mexico.
